Ikea Broccoli? Why is this a blog post?


OK so I have been busy this month and want to keep up with several posts a month. This was an easy and fun one to do.


If you don't know, Ikea has a broccoli stuffed toy:

Not only that but Ikea has a pink, white and green broccoli inspired fabric. It is really bizarre for a fabric pattern but the fabric itself is pretty durable. We turned the fabric into pillow cases for my office/game room couch.



If you watch enough crafting videos on YouTube, you will be able to spot the Ikea broccoli inspired toy and fabric in the background.

Now we have new pillows that will keep up with the dogs. The side effect is that I ended up with pink in my office area.

We found a new dog:





We found a new dog underneath all of that fur. Get it?

This is how it happened and Sparky was up next.

Our floors are going to be much cleaner now. Toby would track grass all over the house because it would stick to his fur. Now they are all shaved down. Just another benefit of living in Florida - no winters so they don't need fur.
